Instructions to make Fries pizza:

  1. Take a pane pour some oil in it now add chopped onions in iy and fry until turns pink...
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste and satue it.
  3. Now add qeema in it mix it and add all spices in it and mix them.
  4. Now add tomatoes in it and cook it untill tender... (add 1cup water if you are using Mutton qeema).
  5. Now add all sauces and 3tbsp chilli garlic sauce in in it mix it and set aside.
  6. Now heat the oil in a pane and deep fry the fries for 5 min half done.
  7. Now took them out and let them cool again fry them untill golden.
  8. Now take a baking dish make a layer of prepared mince spread some ketchup and chill garlic sauce on it.
  9. Now cover the mince with fries spread cheddar and mozzarella cheese on it.
  10. Garnish with capsicum and onion rings and olive.
  11. Now bake it in pre heated oven for 20 minutes at 180temp.
  12. Or bake it in stove oven.... Take a deep pateela and heat it for 10 min now put a stand in it and place dish on stand and leave for 25 mint check it if cheese is Ready and gets good color take it out.
